Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with students from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in using online communication tools and CRM systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, student advising, or a related role.
Experience in EdTech, online education platforms, or career counseling is a plus.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for counseling may also be considered.
Working Hours
Flexible work-from-home schedule.
