Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic transport operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across various routes while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily transportation activities, including scheduling and dispatching drivers and vehicles.
Monitor shipment progress and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and warehouse teams to resolve any logistical issues.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and delivery timelines.
Optimize routes and transportation costs using logistics software and analytical tools.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Handle documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.
Respond promptly to unexpected challenges such as delays, breakdowns, or route changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
Prior experience in a transport or freight company is highly preferred.
Familiarity with dispatch operations and route planning is an advantage.
Working Hours
Full-time position.
Standard working hours with flexibility to handle shifts, weekends, or emergency situations as required.
