Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Maintain documentation standards, style guides, and templates.
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms where required.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Markdown, or similar).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
Basic knowledge of SEO principles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical writing or copywriting.
Proven experience creating technical documentation or similar content.
Experience working in IT, software, SaaS, or related industries is highly preferred.
