Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Online Call Center Associate to provide exceptional support through both chat and phone channels. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product and service information to customers
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times
Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems

Experience

Working Hours
Flexible shifts available (Full-time and Part-time)
