Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Training and Development Manager to lead and enhance employee growth initiatives across the organization. Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Certification in Training & Development or Learning & Development is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in learning technologies and digital training tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in training and development or a similar HR role.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end training programs.
Prior experience in leadership or managerial roles preferred.
Working Hours
Full-time position.
Standard business hours with flexibility based on training schedules.
Occasional extended hours or weekends may be required during program rollouts.
