Key Responsibilities

Identify trends and patterns in workforce data to recommend actionable improvements.
Partner with HR teams to optimize processes through data insights.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across HR systems.
Support workforce planning initiatives by providing predictive analytics and forecasting.
Conduct benchmarking analysis and industry comparisons to improve HR strategies.
Assist in HR system implementations and enhancements, including HRIS tools.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and data management practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
Experience working with HR metrics, reporting, and workforce planning.
Prior exposure to corporate HR environments or consulting firms is preferred.
Working Hours
Full-time position.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday.
