Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Consultant to provide expert guidance on human resource policies, procedures, and best practices. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Review, develop, and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Support talent management initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
Advise on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Design and deliver HR training programs and workshops for managers and employees.
Assist in developing compensation and benefits structures that are competitive and equitable.
Stay updated with industry trends and legal changes to ensure best practices are followed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years in a consulting or advisory role.
Experience working across multiple industries or with diverse client portfolios is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Flexible working arrangements may be available depending on client requirements.
Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and on-site consultations.
