Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Consultant to provide expert guidance on human resource policies, procedures, and best practices. Key Responsibilities

Support talent management initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.

Stay updated with industry trends and legal changes to ensure best practices are followed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Experience

Working Hours
Full-time position (40 hours per week).
Flexible working arrangements may be available depending on client requirements.
