Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations by assisting with recruitment processes, employee records management, and day-to-day HR activities. Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the HR team across various functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding activities such as preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Handle employee queries and provide timely and professional responses.
Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Experience
0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.

Working Hours
Full-time position
