Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support and manage day-to-day employee operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining employee records, and enhancing overall workforce efficiency. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review
Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR software and systems is an advantage
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Experience
1–3 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role
Experience in handling employee lifecycle processes is preferred
Fresh graduates with strong HR internship experience may also be considered
Working Hours
Full-time position
Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Flexibility may be required during peak HR activities or events
