Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This role plays a critical part in supporting organizational growth by attracting, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality candidates across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates effectively and make sound hiring decisions.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience handling multiple roles across different functions is preferred.
Prior experience in a fast-paced or corporate environment is an advantage.
Working Hours
Full-time position
Monday to Friday
