Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support and manage a wide range of human resource functions across the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional capable of handling multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and sensitivity.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar position.
Experience working in fast-paced or multi-industry environments is an advantage.
Proven track record in handling diverse HR functions effectively.
Working Hours
Full-time position.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
