Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled tradespeople in daily construction activities including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
Learn and apply construction techniques in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or general building
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Read and interpret basic construction drawings and plans
Participate in on-the-job training and complete required coursework or certifications
Support team members to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum high school education or equivalent
Strong interest in construction and trade-related work
Basic understanding of tools and equipment (preferred but not mandatory)
Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Working Hours
Full-time and part-time apprenticeship opportunities available
Standard working hours: 38–40 hours per week
