Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planning Virtual Assistant to support end-to-end coordination of virtual and in-person events. This remote role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at multitasking, communication, and managing logistics in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless event execution by handling scheduling, vendor coordination, attendee communication, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing virtual and physical events from concept to completion
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services
Manage event calendars, timelines, and task tracking systems
Handle email correspondence, invitations, RSVPs, and attendee follow-ups
Prepare event documentation including agendas, presentations, and reports
Support live event coordination, including troubleshooting and real-time assistance
Maintain databases of contacts, vendors, and event-related records
Conduct post-event evaluations and feedback analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with event management tools and CRM systems is an advantage
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in event planning, virtual assistance, or administrative coordination
Prior experience in remote event support or online event platforms is preferred
