Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Virtual Assistant to support our helpdesk operations and ticket management system. This remote role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and capable of managing IT support requests efficiently. You will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of user satisfaction while maintaining organized documentation of all support activities.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming IT support tickets through helpdesk systems.
Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, or remote tools.
Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups.
Assist in user account setup, password resets, and system access management.
Ensure timely response and resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
Prepare regular reports on ticket status and performance metrics.
Contribute to knowledge base documentation and FAQs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Customer service mindset with a focus on user satisfaction.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
Experience working in a remote or virtual assistant capacity is preferred.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is highly desirable.
Working Hours
