Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing online retail operations. This role focuses on product listing management, inventory tracking, and ensuring seamless coordination across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate product information, optimizing listings for visibility, and ensuring stock levels are consistently updated to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities
Create, upload, and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, eBay).
Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized product descriptions.
Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overselling.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for stock replenishment.
Ensure all product information (pricing, images, specifications) is accurate and up to date.
Conduct regular audits of listings to identify and fix errors.
Track product performance and suggest improvements for better visibility and sales.
Handle bulk uploads and data entry tasks efficiently.
Assist in categorizing products and maintaining a structured catalog.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience
