Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our internal talent acquisition team. This remote position, based in Algeria, is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment activities, attracting top-tier talent, and supporting the companys strategic hiring goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams across diverse functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across departments.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience

Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a remote or international environment.
