Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks in a fully remote environment. This contract-based role is ideal for individuals based in Algeria who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations by providing timely and efficient support to internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to emails, messages, and client inquiries in a professional manner
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Perform data entry, file management, and document organization
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence
Conduct online research and compile relevant information
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice tracking (if required)
Support social media management and content scheduling
Coordinate with team members and ensure timely task completion
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.)

Experience
