Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research Intern to join our growing EdTech team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, competitive exams, and data-driven insights. As a Research Intern, you will play a key role in analyzing exam trends, identifying patterns, and generating valuable insights that support content creation, student guidance, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on various competitive exams (government, banking, SSC, UPSC, etc.).

Analyze previous years question papers to identify trends, difficulty levels, and frequently asked topics.

Track changes in exam patterns, syllabus updates, and emerging trends.

Compile structured reports and insights for internal teams and content creators.

Collaborate with academic and content teams to improve the quality of study materials.

Monitor competitor platforms and benchmark industry best practices.

Assist in creating data-backed strategies for student engagement and performance improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline (preferably Education, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields).

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools for data analysis.

Ability to interpret data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Basic understanding of competitive exams and their structure is a plus.

Experience

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in academic research, content analysis, or EdTech platforms will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

Flexible working hours with a focus on productivity and deliverables.

Remote internship with occasional virtual team meetings.

Expected commitment: 20–30 hours per week.
