Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a passionate and results-driven Student Success Manager to enhance the learning experience and satisfaction of our subscription-based users. This role is pivotal in ensuring students achieve their academic goals by providing continuous support, guidance, and engagement throughout their journey on our platform. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between students and the organization, ensuring seamless communication, retention, and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end student lifecycle for subscription-based users, from onboarding to retention.

Proactively engage with students to ensure consistent platform usage and satisfaction.

Address student queries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor student progress and provide personalized support and recommendations.

Collaborate with product, academic, and technical teams to improve user experience.

Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Drive renewal and retention strategies to reduce churn rates.

Conduct feedback sessions, surveys, and engagement campaigns to enhance satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping students succeed.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Familiarity with EdTech platforms or subscription-based services is preferred.

Proficiency in CRM tools and basic data analysis.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple student accounts effectively.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in student success, customer success, or client relationship management.

Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or online learning platforms is highly desirable.

Working Hours

Full-time role with flexible working hours.

Availability to support students across different time zones when required.

Weekend support may be needed based on student engagement activities.
