Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly detail-oriented and strategic Operations Manager to lead our Listing Accuracy and Content Quality Control function. This role is critical in ensuring that all platform content, including course listings, test materials, and educational resources, meets the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, implement quality assurance frameworks, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance user trust and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end operations related to listing accuracy and content quality across the platform.

Develop and implement quality control processes, SOPs, and audit mechanisms.

Monitor and analyze content errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Lead a team of quality analysts and content reviewers, ensuring high productivity and performance.

Collaborate with product, content, and technology teams to improve data integrity systems.

Establish KPIs and dashboards to track quality metrics and operational efficiency.

Ensure timely updates and accuracy of course listings, test series, and educational materials.

Conduct periodic audits and compliance checks to maintain content standards.

Train and mentor team members on quality benchmarks and operational best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Experience in process optimization and quality assurance methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

4–8 years of experience in operations management, quality control, or content moderation.

Prior experience in EdTech, e-learning, or digital content platforms is highly preferred.

Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational processes.

Working Hours

Full-time role

Standard working hours with flexibility based on operational requirements

Occasional extended hours during peak content releases or audits

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong understanding of content lifecycle management and quality frameworks.

Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
