Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly organized and strategic Academic Operations Lead to oversee and optimize course curriculum management across our educational programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of high-quality academic content aligned with industry standards and learner needs. The ideal candidate will bridge academic excellence with operational efficiency, driving curriculum innovation and delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end curriculum planning, development, and execution process across multiple programs.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and content creators to design engaging and outcome-driven course structures.

Monitor curriculum quality, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives and competitive exam standards.

Implement data-driven improvements based on learner feedback, performance metrics, and market trends.

Develop standardized frameworks, templates, and SOPs for curriculum development and updates.

Manage academic calendars, course timelines, and delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and technology for seamless course rollout.

Ensure compliance with academic policies, accreditation standards, and internal quality benchmarks.

Train and mentor academic teams to enhance productivity and content quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Academic Management, or a related field.

Strong understanding of curriculum design principles and instructional methodologies.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in academic tools, LMS platforms, and content management systems.

Experience

5+ years of experience in academic operations, curriculum management, or educational program leadership.

Prior experience in EdTech, competitive exam preparation, or academic institutions is highly preferred.

Demonstrated success in managing large-scale curriculum projects or academic programs.

Working Hours

Full-time position

Standard working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexibility may be required based on project deadlines)
