Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly analytical and creative Logical Reasoning Developer to design, develop, and curate advanced-level puzzles and coding-based reasoning questions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of our competitive exam preparation content by creating innovative, challenging, and exam-oriented problem sets. This role demands a deep understanding of logical reasoning concepts, aptitude patterns, and emerging trends in assessments such as banking, SSC, CAT, and other competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality logical reasoning questions, including puzzles, seating arrangements, coding-decoding, and data sufficiency problems.

Create advanced-level, original content aligned with competitive exam standards.

Analyze previous year question papers and identify evolving trends in reasoning sections.

Develop structured question sets with varying difficulty levels (easy, moderate, advanced).

Provide detailed solutions and explanations for all questions.

Collaborate with academic and product teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Review and update existing content to maintain quality and competitiveness.

Contribute to mock tests, sectional tests, and daily practice materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong expertise in Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability.

Proficiency in creating complex puzzles and coding-based questions.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong written English skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly.

Familiarity with competitive exams such as SSC, Banking, CAT, and other aptitude tests.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in content development for competitive exams.

Prior experience in ed-tech platforms or coaching institutes is highly preferred.

Experience in designing mock tests or assessment frameworks is an added advantage.

Working Hours

Full-time / Remote / Hybrid flexibility available.

Standard working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible based on deliverables).

Weekend availability may be required during peak project timelines.
