Key Responsibilities

Design and develop a comprehensive Band 9-focused IELTS curriculum covering all modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

Create high-quality study materials, mock tests, practice exercises, and evaluation frameworks aligned with the latest IELTS standards.

Lead and mentor a team of IELTS trainers, ensuring consistent teaching quality and effectiveness.

Develop structured lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and student engagement strategies.

Analyze student performance data and continuously refine content for improved outcomes.

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and masterclasses for both students and trainers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven expertise in IELTS training with a strong track record of Band 8+ or Band 9 proficiency.
