Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive quantitative aptitude questions and solutions based on TCS exam patterns.

Analyze previous TCS and similar recruitment exam trends to create relevant and updated content.

Design practice tests, mock exams, and sectional quizzes with varying difficulty levels.

Provide detailed, step-by-step explanations to enhance conceptual clarity for learners.

Collaborate with content writers and educators to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Review and improve existing content for quality, correctness, and exam alignment.

Stay updated with the latest changes in TCS recruitment patterns and aptitude trends.

Support in creating video scripts or live session materials if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong command of quantitative aptitude topics such as Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number Systems, and Data Interpretation.

Deep understanding of TCS exam patterns and question types.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, or content management tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in teaching, content creation, or exam preparation related to quantitative aptitude.
