GradeBuzz is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical SEO Specialist to drive organic growth through advanced technical optimization strategies. This role focuses on improving website performance, enhancing Core Web Vitals, implementing structured data (schema markup), and ensuring search engine accessibility across all digital assets. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to deliver a seamless, high-performing user experience aligned with search engine best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize website performance in line with Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) to improve user experience and search rankings.
Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement actionable improvements.
Develop and deploy structured data (schema markup) to enhance search visibility and rich results.
Collaborate with developers to resolve crawlability, indexing, and rendering issues.
Monitor website health using tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, canonical tags, and hreflang implementations.
Identify and fix issues related to duplicate content, broken links, redirects, and site architecture.
Stay updated with algorithm changes and ensure compliance with evolving SEO best practices.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content structure and internal linking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
Expertise in Core Web Vitals optimization and website performance tuning.
Proficiency in implementing schema markup (JSON-LD, Microdata).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic web development concepts.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience
3–6 years of experience in Technical SEO or a similar role.
