Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Growth – User Acquisition to lead and scale our user base across digital platforms. This role is pivotal in driving high-impact growth strategies for our EdTech products, focusing on acquiring, engaging, and retaining students preparing for competitive and government exams. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven decision-making with creative marketing approaches to deliver sustainable and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels.

Lead performance marketing initiatives including Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube campaigns, and affiliate partnerships.

Optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).

Collaborate with product, content, and tech teams to enhance user onboarding and engagement.

Analyze growth metrics, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and similar platforms.

Build and manage a high-performing growth team, including marketers, analysts, and content strategists.

Identify new growth opportunities such as partnerships, influencer collaborations, and referral programs.

Drive experimentation through A/B testing and data-backed optimization strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, ASO, and email marketing.

Proven track record of scaling user acquisition for digital platforms, preferably in EdTech or similar industries.

Deep understanding of analytics tools and performance metrics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.

Experience

7–12 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing roles.

At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial position.

Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer internet startups is highly preferred.

Working Hours

Full-time role (40–45 hours per week).
