Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Growth Hacker to build, engage, and scale a thriving student community across Instagram and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who understands youth trends, viral content mechanics, and platform algorithms, and can turn insights into rapid growth strategies. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing followers, and creating high-impact content that resonates with students preparing for competitive exams and academic success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies for Instagram and YouTube channels targeting student audiences.

Create, curate, and manage engaging content including reels, shorts, memes, educational snippets, and trend-based videos.

Analyze platform algorithms and optimize content performance using insights and analytics tools.

Drive follower growth, engagement rates, and community participation through innovative campaigns.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and academic teams to produce relevant and impactful content.

Identify and leverage trending topics, hashtags, and viral formats to maximize reach.

Manage posting schedules, content calendars, and campaign timelines.

Engage actively with followers, respond to comments, and build a loyal student community.

Run experiments (A/B testing) on content formats, captions, and posting times to improve performance.

Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions, and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube growth strategies and algorithms.

Proven ability to create viral or high-performing content.

Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.

Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking.

Basic video editing and design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).

Creative mindset with a strong sense of trends, memes, and youth culture.

Ability to think analytically and execute data-driven decisions.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in social media management, growth hacking, or digital marketing.

Prior experience managing student-focused or educational communities is a strong advantage.

Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts organically or through campaigns.

Working Hours
