Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centric mobile experiences. This role focuses on designing seamless digital journeys for mobile applications, ensuring that user needs, accessibility, and usability are at the core of every design decision.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into elegant and functional designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile applications, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and interaction patterns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and technical feasibility

Advocate for human-centered design principles and accessibility standards

Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights

Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong design culture

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app UI/UX design projects

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Experience designing for iOS and Android platforms

Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design

Proven experience working on mobile-first or mobile-only applications

Experience in EdTech or SaaS platforms is an added advantage

Prior experience in leading design projects or teams is preferred

Working Hours

Full-time position

Flexible working hours with overlap for team collaboration

Remote or hybrid work model (depending on project requirements)
