Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer specializing in the MERN stack to join our growing EdTech team. This role focuses on building scalable, high-performance dashboards and web applications that enhance the learning experience for students preparing for competitive exams. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web solutions that handle real-time data, analytics, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Build dynamic and responsive dashboards tailored for educational analytics and user tracking.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as needed.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Implement data visualization tools for student performance insights.

Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and content teams.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in EdTech and full-stack development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.

Experience with Git version control systems.

Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

1–3 years of hands-on experience in full stack development (Freshers with strong projects may also apply).

Prior experience working on dashboards, analytics tools, or EdTech platforms is a plus.

Demonstrated portfolio of projects or GitHub repositories showcasing relevant work.

Working Hours
