Job Summary
GradeBuzz is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Lead Frontend Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for a passionate frontend expert who specializes in Next.js 15 and Tailwind CSS, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of modern frontend applications using Next.js 15 and Tailwind CSS.
Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI systems.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Establish and enforce coding standards, UI/UX best practices, and performance benchmarks.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers.
Optimize applications for speed, SEO, and responsiveness across devices.
Implement reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and integrate them where appropriate.
Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong expertise in Next.js (latest versions including Next.js 15) and React.js.
Advanced proficiency in Tailwind CSS for responsive and modern UI development.
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Experience
Minimum 4–7 years of professional frontend development experience.
At least 2+ years in a leadership or senior role managing frontend teams or projects.
