GradeBuzz is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Mock Test Creator specializing in TCS-pattern simulations for Banking and Railway examinations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality, exam-oriented mock tests that closely replicate the latest TCS exam interface, difficulty level, and question patterns. This role plays a critical part in helping aspirants achieve success by providing realistic practice and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop full-length mock tests and sectional tests aligned with TCS-based exam patterns for Banking and Railway exams.

Analyze previous year question papers and recent exam trends to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Create high-quality questions across Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and General Awareness.

Ensure proper difficulty distribution (easy, moderate, difficult) within each test.

Develop detailed solutions and explanations for all questions.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and content teams to maintain content consistency.

Regularly update mock tests based on changing exam patterns and syllabus updates.

Validate and review content to ensure error-free and student-friendly material.

Work on performance analytics inputs to improve test quality and user outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of TCS-based exam patterns for Banking and Railway recruitment exams.

Proficiency in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and General Awareness.

Ability to create original, high-quality questions with accurate solutions.

Familiarity with online test platforms and exam interfaces.

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mock test creation, exam content development, or teaching competitive exams.

Prior experience in creating TCS-pattern or CBT-based tests will be highly preferred.

Freshers with exceptional subject expertise and exam knowledge may also be considered.
