Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Aptitude Content Developer specializing in Reasoning and Logical Ability to build a robust and scalable question bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, exam-oriented content tailored for competitive exams such as SSC, Banking, Railways, and other government assessments. This role demands a strong command of logical reasoning concepts, creativity in problem design, and a deep understanding of exam patterns and difficulty levels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original, high-quality questions covering various reasoning topics such as puzzles, seating arrangements, syllogisms, coding-decoding, blood relations, and data sufficiency.

Design structured question banks with varying difficulty levels (easy, moderate, advanced) aligned with competitive exam standards.

Create detailed solutions and explanations that are easy to understand and conceptually clear.

Analyze previous year question papers and trends to ensure content relevance and accuracy.

Collaborate with the academic and product teams to enhance content delivery formats.

Review and proofread content to maintain quality, consistency, and error-free material.

Continuously update the question bank based on changing exam patterns and student feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong expertise in Logical Reasoning and Analytical Ability.

Excellent problem-solving and content creation skills.

Proficiency in written English with the ability to explain concepts clearly.

Familiarity with competitive exams like SSC CGL, CHSL, Banking, Railways, etc.

Ability to create innovative and non-repetitive questions.

Basic knowledge of MS Office tools or content management systems.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in aptitude content development or teaching reasoning.

Freshers with exceptional aptitude and strong conceptual knowledge may also be considered.

Prior experience in EdTech platforms or test prep companies is an added advantage.
