GradeBuzz is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Advanced Quantitative Aptitude with a strong focus on SSC CGL preparation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing high-quality learning content, solving complex quantitative problems, and enhancing the learning experience of competitive exam aspirants. This role requires deep subject expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students at various proficiency levels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and curate advanced-level quantitative aptitude questions aligned with SSC CGL exam patterns.
Create detailed solutions, shortcuts, and concept-based explanations for complex problems.
Design mock tests, sectional tests, and practice sets to improve student performance.
Analyze previous year SSC CGL papers to identify trends and important topics.
Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to create engaging educational materials.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions and contribute to live or recorded classes when required.
Continuously update content based on changing exam patterns and student feedback.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality in all academic deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong command over advanced quantitative aptitude topics such as Algebra, Number System, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Data Interpretation.
In-depth understanding of SSC CGL exam pattern and difficulty level.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise, and student-friendly manner.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with online content creation platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus).
Experience
2–5 years of experience in teaching, content creation, or mentoring for SSC CGL or similar government exams.
Prior experience as an SME, educator, or content developer in the EdTech industry is preferred.
Candidates who have cleared SSC CGL (Tier 1/2) will be given strong preference.
