Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and lifetime value (LTV) optimization initiatives. This role is pivotal in scaling our digital presence, driving high-quality traffic, and maximizing user engagement and retention across platforms. The ideal candidate will combine analytical expertise with creative marketing strategies to accelerate sustainable growth in a competitive ed-tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.

Design, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance channels.

Analyze user behavior, cohort data, and funnel performance to improve LTV and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).

Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and user journeys.

Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Identify new growth channels, partnerships, and innovative acquisition opportunities.

Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights through dashboards and reports.

Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push notifications, WhatsApp) to improve engagement and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, growth funnels, and user lifecycle management.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience

3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.

Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving LTV in a startup or high-growth environment.

Experience in ed-tech or consumer internet platforms is a strong advantage.
