Job Summary
GradeBuzz is seeking a results-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Executive specializing in Meta Ads and performance marketing to accelerate our growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on ROI and user acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, and performance metrics, especially within the education and government exam preparation space.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
Optimize campaigns continuously to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats to maximize performance.
Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
Develop audience segmentation strategies based on user behavior and demographics.
Manage retargeting campaigns and funnel optimization.
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in performance marketing.
Work closely with product and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and campaign setup.
Proficiency in performance marketing concepts and metrics.
Knowledge of tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel and conversion APIs.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns with measurable results.
Experience in EdTech or government exam-related platforms is an added advantage.
Working Hours
Full-time role (Monday to Friday).
Flexible working hours with a focus on performance and deliverables.
Occasional weekend monitoring may be required for active campaigns.
