Job Summary

GradeBuzz is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate Product Manager to drive student engagement through data-driven product strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize features that enhance user retention, learning outcomes, and overall platform engagement. Key Responsibilities

Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap focused on student engagement and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Basic understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.

Working Hours

Full-time position

Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexibility based on project needs)
