Job Summary
GradeBuzz is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate Product Manager to drive student engagement through data-driven product strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize features that enhance user retention, learning outcomes, and overall platform engagement. This position is ideal for someone passionate about education technology, user behavior analytics, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap focused on student engagement and retention.
Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver impactful product features.
Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate product hypotheses and optimize performance.
Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, analytics, and business goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously refine strategies to improve engagement metrics.
Support product launches, feature rollouts, and post-launch analysis.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in EdTech.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Basic understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
Experience working in EdTech, SaaS, or digital platforms is preferred.
Exposure to user engagement strategies and retention frameworks is a plus.
Working Hours
Full-time position
Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexibility based on project needs)
Hybrid or remote work options may be available depending on business requirements
