The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy AI Chatbot Trainer – FinTech Context to join our innovative team on weekends. In this role, you will be responsible for improving and optimizing AI-driven chatbot systems used in financial technology platforms. You will analyze chatbot conversations, train models using real-world financial queries, and ensure the AI provides accurate, compliant, and customer-friendly responses.

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate chatbot conversations within FinTech applications to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Train AI chatbot models by labeling data, correcting responses, and providing contextual guidance.

Identify knowledge gaps in chatbot responses and suggest improvements for better performance.

Create and maintain conversational flows for banking, payments, digital wallets, and financial services queries.

Collaborate with AI developers and product teams to improve training datasets.

Monitor chatbot behavior and flag compliance or regulatory concerns in financial responses.

Maintain documentation of chatbot training procedures and improvements.

Provide feedback and insights on customer interaction trends and chatbot effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or chatbot technologies.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear and accurate responses.

Familiarity with financial terminology such as payments, banking services, credit, or digital wallets.

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in AI data annotation, chatbot training, FinTech operations, or digital customer support.

Experience working with conversational AI tools, annotation platforms, or chatbot dashboards is preferred.

Previous exposure to financial services platforms or digital banking applications will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Part-time weekend role.

Saturday and Sunday availability required.

Flexible shift options: 6–8 hours per day depending on workload and project needs.
