Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Weekend HR Sourcing Specialist – IT Recruitment to support our growing talent acquisition team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and building a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for a wide range of technology roles.

As a weekend HR sourcing specialist, you will leverage modern recruitment tools, professional networks, and sourcing strategies to find high-quality candidates while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers. This fully remote position is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy research, talent mapping, and building relationships with top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified IT candidates using job boards, professional networks, and sourcing platforms.

Conduct proactive candidate searches through LinkedIn, talent databases, and other recruitment tools.

Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for roles such as software developers, system engineers, data analysts, and IT support specialists.

Review resumes and profiles to match candidate qualifications with job requirements.

Initiate candidate outreach through email, messaging platforms, and professional networks.

Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and sourcing strategies.

Track sourcing metrics and prepare basic reports on candidate pipelines and engagement levels.

Stay updated with trends in IT recruitment and talent sourcing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing databases.

Strong online research and candidate sourcing abilities.

Excellent written communication and professional outreach skills.

Ability to evaluate technical resumes and identify relevant experience.

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR coordination, or IT recruitment support.

Experience sourcing candidates for technical or IT-related roles is preferred.

Prior experience working with remote teams or global recruitment projects is an advantage.

Working Hours

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday

Shift Duration: 6–8 hours per day

Work Mode: 100% Remote
