Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Weekend Remote Travel Consultant – International Booking to join our growing travel support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international travel bookings, advising clients on travel options, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. As a weekend specialist, you will play a key role in supporting travelers during high-demand periods by providing accurate information, handling itinerary changes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with international flight, hotel, and travel package bookings through online booking platforms and reservation systems.

Provide expert advice on travel routes, schedules, visa requirements, and travel policies.

Manage modifications, cancellations, and special requests for international travel itineraries.

Communicate with airlines, hotels, and global travel partners to secure reservations and resolve booking issues.

Ensure all bookings comply with company travel policies and international regulations.

Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and transactions in the company CRM system.

Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone.

Monitor travel alerts, airline policy updates, and international travel restrictions.

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by offering tailored travel recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Strong understanding of international travel booking systems and online reservation platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

Working Hours

Part-time weekend role (Saturday and Sunday).

Typical shift: 6–8 hours per day, depending on operational requirements.
