Key Responsibilities

Manage payment processing, reconciliation, and settlement activities across multiple financial systems.

Maintain and oversee general ledger accounts, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately.

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including journal entries and account reconciliations.

Analyze discrepancies in payment records and resolve variances in a timely manner.

Prepare financial reports and support internal and external audit processes.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.

Work closely with finance, operations, and technology teams to improve accounting workflows.

Monitor financial transactions and identify opportunities to optimize ledger operations and reporting processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly preferred.

Experience

Working Hours

Full-time remote position.
