Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Senior Auditor – Automotive & Industrial to join our growing audit and assurance team. Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external audit engagements for automotive and industrial sector clients.

Review financial statements, operational processes, and compliance frameworks to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

Identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for operational improvement.

Prepare detailed audit reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Ensure compliance with auditing standards, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Lead and mentor junior auditors and assist in developing audit strategies.

Collaborate with finance, operations, and compliance teams to strengthen internal control systems.

Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in auditing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CIA, or ACCA are highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and financial reporting frameworks.

Proficiency in audit software, accounting systems, and Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple audit projects simultaneously in a remote work environment.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of auditing experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.

Experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk advisory roles.

Proven track record of leading audit engagements and delivering high-quality audit reports.

Experience working with multinational organizations or large-scale industrial operations is a plus.

Working Hours

Full-time remote position.

Flexible working hours with alignment to global team schedules when necessary.

Occasional virtual meetings and potential travel for key audit engagements if required.
