Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Grants Manager – Global Health Initiatives to support and expand our international health programs. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of grants, including identifying funding opportunities, preparing proposals, coordinating with global partners, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in grant management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advancing global health initiatives. This position plays a critical role in securing and administering funding that supports impactful health programs across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential grant opportunities from foundations, governments, and international funding agencies.

Develop and write compelling grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications.

Manage the full grant lifecycle, including application, budgeting, implementation tracking, and reporting.

Collaborate with program managers, finance teams, and global partners to ensure project alignment with grant requirements.

Monitor grant compliance and ensure all deliverables, timelines, and reporting obligations are met.

Prepare financial and narrative reports for donors and funding organizations.

Maintain accurate records of grant activities, budgets, and documentation.

Build and maintain relationships with donors, funding agencies, and strategic partners.

Track grant performance metrics and evaluate program impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Health, International Development, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong grant writing and grant management experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to manage multiple grant projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and grant management systems.

Experience working with international health programs or nonprofit organizations is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in grant writing, grant management, or fundraising for nonprofit or international development organizations.

Experience managing grants related to global health, humanitarian programs, or international development is strongly preferred.

Proven track record of successfully securing grant funding.

Working Hours

Fully Remote (Work From Home) position.

Flexible schedule with occasional collaboration across international time zones.

Standard working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
