Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Senior Tax Accountant – High Net Worth (HNW) to join our growing finance and advisory team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex tax matters for high net worth individuals, families, and privately held businesses. You will play a critical role in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services while ensuring clients remain fully compliant with applicable tax laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep expertise in individual and estate taxation, and the ability to provide strategic guidance to clients with complex financial portfolios. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex individual tax returns for high net worth clients, including multi-state and international considerations.

Provide proactive tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.

Manage tax compliance for trusts, estates, partnerships, and closely held entities.

Review financial documents, investment portfolios, and estate structures to ensure tax efficiency.

Advise clients on tax implications related to investments, real estate, business ownership, and wealth transfers.

Collaborate with financial advisors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of individual, estate, and trust taxation.

Proficiency in tax preparation and accounting software.

Advanced understanding of tax regulations and compliance standards.

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in tax accounting or public accounting.

Prior experience in a consulting firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory environment is preferred.

Working Hours

Fully remote position with flexible working arrangements.
