Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive ESG audits to evaluate compliance with global sustainability standards and regulations.

Identify potential risks, compliance gaps, and areas for improvement within ESG programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or ESG-related certifications are highly preferred.

Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in audit tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting strict deadlines.

High attention to detail and commitment to ethical auditing practices.

Experience

Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in auditing, compliance, risk management, or ESG-related roles.

Prior experience working with sustainability reporting frameworks and compliance regulations is preferred.

Experience in public accounting firms, consulting firms, or corporate audit departments is advantageous.

Exposure to international ESG standards and corporate governance practices is a strong plus.

Working Hours
