Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Remote Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist – SaaS Growth to support and optimize our revenue-generating processes across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role is critical in driving scalable growth by aligning operational strategies, improving pipeline visibility, and ensuring efficient use of revenue tools and data.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS environments and a deep understanding of revenue operations frameworks. You will play a key role in improving forecasting accuracy, optimizing CRM systems, and supporting data-driven decision-making to accelerate company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain revenue operations strategies that align sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Manage and optimize CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) to improve pipeline visibility and reporting.
Build and maintain dashboards and revenue performance metrics for leadership teams.
Analyze sales funnel performance and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to streamline lead generation, lead scoring, and handoff processes.
Improve forecasting accuracy by analyzing historical data and pipeline trends.
Implement automation tools and workflows to increase operational efficiency.
Monitor SaaS KPIs such as ARR, MRR, churn rate, CAC, and customer lifetime value.
Support go-to-market strategies by providing insights from revenue analytics.
Ensure data integrity and governance across revenue platforms and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Revenue Operations frameworks within SaaS companies.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
Advanced analytical skills with experience in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and pipeline velocity.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS or technology-driven company.
Experience supporting fast-growing startups or scaling SaaS businesses is highly preferred.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements that drive revenue growth.
Working Hours
