Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and creative Weekend Social Media Manager to elevate the online presence and engagement of our D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. This role focuses on weekend campaigns, community engagement, and content strategy to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and sales. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, highly organized, and passionate about creating compelling social experiences that resonate with modern consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement weekend-specific social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Manage daily content posting, audience engagement, and respond to community interactions promptly.
Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement rates.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design eye-catching visuals, reels, and interactive content.
Monitor trends in D2C social marketing and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all social channels.
Provide weekly reports summarizing engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for D2C or consumer brands.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and scheduling software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy.

Experience

Working Hours
Part-time weekend role (Saturday & Sunday).
Flexible hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional late-evening campaigns as required.
