Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our US real estate operations during weekends (Saturday and Sunday). This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in remote, flexible work environments and enjoy assisting in high-paced real estate activities. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and administrative support for our real estate team, enabling them to focus on client engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to emails, inquiries, and client communications promptly.
Schedule property showings, meetings, and virtual appointments across US time zones.
Maintain and update real estate databases, CRM systems, and client records.
Prepare documents, contracts, and marketing materials as required.
Conduct preliminary research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends.
Coordinate with agents, clients, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Assist with listing management, including uploading property details and photos to platforms.
Provide general administrative support to the real estate team to optimize workflow efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM platforms, property management tools, or real estate software is a plus.

Experience

Working Hours
Saturday and Sunday, US Eastern/Western Time zones (flexible hours possible within business requirements).
