Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for employee data updates, benefits deductions, and compensation changes.

Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and financial documentation for internal stakeholders and auditors.

Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide prompt resolution.

Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards for payroll information.

Manage relationships with external payroll vendors and ensure service quality.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with international payroll standards, reporting requirements, and regulatory updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certification in payroll or accounting (such as CPP, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of global payroll processes and international employment regulations.

Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting skills.
