We are hiring a physically active and dependable Warehouse Order Picker to join our fulfillment team. You will be responsible for accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. This role requires the frequent use of Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks to move heavy loads safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders using a handheld RF scanner or pick-to-voice system.

• Operate Stand-up/Sit-down Forklifts and Electric Pallet Jacks to transport goods.

• Build and wrap pallets securely to prevent damage during transit.

  
  

• Conduct basic inventory counts and report any stock discrepancies or damaged items.

  
  

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe environment for the team.

• Meet or exceed daily picks-per-hour targets while maintaining high accuracy.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

• Certification: Current Forklift Certification (OSHA approved) is highly preferred.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for an entire shift.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong safety-first mindset.

• Math Skills: Basic ability to count and verify item quantities quickly.

Technical Requirements:

• Equipment: Proficiency in operating Electric Pallet Jacks, Reach Trucks, or Order Pickers.

• Technology: Experience using RF scanners and basic warehouse management systems (WMS).

• PPE: Ability to wear required safety gear, including steel-toed boots and high-visibility vests.

• Screening: Must pass a standard background check and drug test.

Work Details:

• Shift: Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and Weekend Warrior).

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) + Mandatory overtime during peak seasons.

• Mode: On-site (Climate-controlled or cold-storage environment).
