Job Summary

Amazon is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Fulfillment Center team as Reduced-Time (RT) Fulfillment Associates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the efficient operation of our distribution network, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using Amazons systems and technology.

• Receive, sort, and stow incoming inventory in designated storage locations.

• Perform quality checks to ensure orders meet accuracy and packaging standards.

• Operate equipment safely, including pallet jacks, carts, and conveyor systems, following all safety protocols.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to Amazons safety and compliance standards.

• Report any operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or inventory discrepancies promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse software.

• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly during a shift.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Flexible and dependable work ethic.

Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or logistics environments is a plus, but not required.

• Experience using technology or warehouse management systems is beneficial.

Working Hours

• Reduced-time schedule (typically 20–29 hours per week).

• Flexible shifts available, including day, evening, and weekend options.
